Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the Discord bot Rexomat or its website rexomat.duckdns.org. By adding the bot to a server, using it or logging in on the website, you agree to them.
1. A free hobby project
The bot is free. Features can change or be removed, and we can't promise that it's always online or free of errors. We may stop running it at any time.
2. Rules
- Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Don't use the bot for anything illegal, to harass people or to spam.
- Don't try to overload the bot or the website, get around its permissions or open other servers' data.
We may block servers or people who break these rules.
3. If you manage a server
You choose which modules are on and how they're set up, for example which roles the bot gives, who gets muted and what the anti-nuke protection punishes. You're responsible for that on your server.
4. Liability
The bot is provided as it is. We are fully liable for damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for damage from using the bot, for example lost data, roles or messages because of errors or downtime.
